The dialog begins at a very early stage. Initial drafts or customer sketches often form the starting point for the joint development process.
In the next step, we formulate a specific requirements profile. The corresponding structure is then created at modern CAD workstations, including the necessary FEM calculations and simulations.
We maintain a close dialog with our customers throughout the entire development phase. This enables us to find functional solutions with a view to cost-effective and efficient production.
In addition to the right design, the selection of the right material also plays an important role. The functional aspect is just as important as the aesthetic requirements for the look and feel of the surfaces.
Material selection and model making
After the design, small models are usually created first for further coordination. Depending on the size of the subsequent construction, we then produce white models in intermediate sizes. In this way, all important factors can be checked and optimized during the process so that the subsequent assembly can be carried out safely.

Production and assembly of the ceiling installation

- Sample production according to the sketches
- Production of an embossing mold
- Calculating the sheet metal processing of the individual parts
- Interweaving the sheet metal rails by hand using a “weaving frame” to create the specified shape
- Final contour of the cassettes by water jet cutting
